General
We will retransmit your order to the nearest florist, as soon as your purchase is made. Nevertheless, our customer service department will be pleased to answer any questions you may have, or provide you with information concerning your order. Delivery of your order can only take place during the regular business hours, depending on the delivery country.
The images that illustrate this Web are merely orientative. The final composition of the floral works can undergo some variation respect to the displayed images. Any variation in the work given with respect to the displayed image could not be in any case reason for reclamation.
Delivery Date
As a general rule, delivery takes place on the requested date.
24 hours are required as minimun in order to process your order and deliver the flowers.
If the delivery date is the same, or one day more, than the purchase date, we will make an extra effort in order to deliver de flowers on the requested date, but we do not ensure that.
Exceptions

By law, we are usually not permitted to deliver on Sundays or bank holidays. |

14 February - St. Valentine's Day, due to the high order volume on the busiest flower day of the year, orders for St. Valentines Day, may be delivered 2 or 3 days after or before the February 14th. |

Orders for Mother or Fathers's Day are generally delivered on the Saturday before. Orders placed at short notice may be delivered on the Monday or Tuesday after. |

Christmas and New Year orders are generally delivered 2 or 3 days after or before to the requested delivery date. |
